My Steam Games Are Lagging

My brother got it on his pc and has had no issues. Instead, every 4 to 5 minutes i'll experience absolutely horribly lag, getting about 2 frames a second, incredibly shakily, for about a minute and a half.

Performance and still having lag. Hmm it’s just steam games? My laptop had no problems running games before but now it's running games so poorly that they are unplayable.

Use launch options for valve games. Although, i am experiencing extreme lag in every game i play including, call of duty, rocket league, and nhl20.
